Algebraic hypoerstructures have been developed not only from the theoretical point of view, but also for the applications they have in various elds, [2] - [25], [17][21]. The determination of the Fuzzy Grade of a hypergroup (or more generally of a hypergroupoid) is one of the most prominent problems of the theme: Connections between Fuzzy Sets and Hyperstructures. It has been considered for the rst time by Corsini [3] in 1993 and it has been studied also in the following years by several scientists in Romania, Greece, Italy, Iran, Canada, [1], [3], [4] - [27], [22] - [26]. Thegeneralized k; m-Fibonacci matrices are dened, their characteristic polynomialsare presented and some bounds for the spectral radius and the modulus ofthe remaining eigenvalues of the matrices are discussed. A closed formula ofthe n-th term of generalized k; m-step Fibonacci sequence is given generalizingthe Binet' s formula. An application of hyperstructure theory on social sceince is presented.In social sciences when questionnaires are used, there is a new tool,the bar instead of Likert scale. The bar has been suggested by Vougiouklis& Vougiouklis in 2008, who have proposed the replacement of likert scales,usually used in questionnaires, with bar. This new tool, gives the opportunityto researchers to elaborate the questionnaires in dierent ways, depending onthe lled questionnaries and of course on the problem. We study these lledquestionnaires using hyperstructure theory. Moreover the lling questionnaireprocedure has been improved using computers. We developed a software thatuses the bar and saves automatically the results and also for lling faster thequestionnaire.
